We’re excited to invite you to be part of Girl Scout Fest 2025, our premier annual event celebrating the spirit of Girl Scouting. Discovering new challenges, building meaningful connections, and stepping up as confident leaders. It’s about trying bold experiences, having fun on your own terms, and creating memories that shape your future.
This year’s signature theme celebrates the power of leadership and the Girl Scout mission to develop girls who embody courage, confidence, and character. It’s more than a celebration—it’s a call to action to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.
Our Involvement:
We will have a table at the event to provide an interactive experience that encourages creativity, collaboration, and skill-building.
Our experience will be Leadership Bracelets: Bead the Leader.
The activity: Have the girls make bracelets using beads and letter beads to spell out leadership qualities or their names. They can wear these bracelets as a reminder of the qualities they want to embody as leaders.
Details for Volunteers:
You must bring your own chairs – all chairs must have rubber protective covers to comply with venue guidelinesWear closed-toed shoes and bring a refillable water bottle

There will be an information meeting for all Girl Scout Fest volunteers on 9/23/25 at 6:30 pm. Please look for the meeting link and password a week before the event. A recording will also be emailed to all volunteers.
