Doing business in today's global economy requires much more than crunching numbers. Business consultant Lisa Miller is excited to share her knowledge about accounting and financial modeling. Lisa Menor Miller, CPA, CFE, has more than 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategy, executive management, operations and data analysis. She partners with business owners to enhance their operations, drive growth, and plan strategically for future transitions and successions.
In this interactive session, Ms. Miller will draw from her career experiences to demonstrate the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset when assisting a business owner with their financial planning and strategy. She invites students of all disciplines of study; those who are budding entrepeneurs; and those who will be entering careers in finance and business consulting.
Co-hosted with Beta Alpha Psi, this event is free and open to all UH students. Food and drinks will be provided, while supplies last.
