About this Event
Accessing Inner Clarity is a free, experiential workshop that guides participants into deeper connection with their inner world through the six psychological functions of Psychosynthesis - thought, emotion, sensation, impulse/desire, imagination, and intuition.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to awaken each of these inner pathways, followed by a brief introduction to how the functions serve as communication channels between psyche and soul. You’ll explore the concept of wounded and dominating functions, then reflect through journaling and optional sharing.
Next, you’ll be guided through an experiential exercise using the six functions to gain insight into one area of your life where clarity is needed. We’ll close with group discussion, integration, and reflections on how these tools can be used in your own life or professional practice.
This workshop is especially resonant for coaches, guides, and healers who wish to deepen their self-awareness while gaining new frameworks and techniques to support clients.
