DEADLINE to sign up to be a vendor October 18th at noonVendor Form AND Booth Payment must be received in the Flinthills Mall Office by Friday, October 18th at noon to reserve your spot. VENDOR CAPACITY MAY BE REACHED PRIOR TO THIS DATE. No new vendors or vendor forms will be accepted after this time and date.
The Flinthills Mall is accepting vendors for their Fall 2024 Craft & Trade Show.

NOVEMBER 2, 2024 - Set up from 8:00-10:00am - Craft & Trade Show held 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Sign-up deadline is October 18th. While we are working this year to increase our booth capacity, spots are limited. Capacity for booth spaces may be reached prior to the deadline. We do have a waitlist in this event for any vendor cancellations.
$25.00 booth fee per 10' x 10' spot per business, or $15.00 for trade (services). NON-REFUNDABLE. Limited spots with electricity available with prior notification - first come first serve.
We also have a limited number of tables and chairs available to rent for an additional $10 fee.

SPOTS ARE NOT RESERVED UNTIL BOOTH PAYMENT & VENDOR FORM ARE CONFIRMED RECEIVED BY THE MALL OFFICE.
We do have consultants for the following direct sales companies and will not be accepting any additional consultants/booths for the following companies (reserved for both the 2024 spring and fall show):

- Pampered Chef
- Paparazzi Jewelry
- Red Aspen
- Scentsy
One booth per direct sales company per show. These spots are first come first serve with booth fee due to secure your spot.
