About this Event
Genesis and Mana Wāhine are kicking off International Women’s Day celebrations early with a special networking breakfast to inspire and connect women across the energy sector.
Join us for breakfast and an insightful discussion with industry leader Andy Blair – as we explore how we can accelerate action towards gender equality in New Zealand's electricity sector.
With a 22% gender pay gap in our sector to address, Andy will share learnings from her experiences in how we can increase momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face. Andy is passionate about igniting courage and uplifting women. Expect to be inspired, challenged and leave feeling energised to accelerate action.
The session will include a Q&A hosted by Genesis Chief Wholesale Officer Tracey Hickman.
