Join us every Tuesday evening at the AC Würzburg for a 45-minute session designed to help you release tension, reset your energy and reconnect with your body. Led by European Kung Fu Grand Champion (2016) Andreas Kube, these sessions blend gentle stretching, traditional Qi Gong practices and mindful breathing to support both physical relaxation and mental clarity.
Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day of work, improve your flexibility, or simply find a moment of calm in your week this is your space to relax and charge.
