Maailma üks mõjukamaid rokiansambleid AC/DC tuleb taas Euroopasse oma viimase edetabeleid purustanud plaadi „Power Up“ turneega. Esimest korda on ka Eesti fännidel võimalus rokilegende oma silmaga näha, sest 24. juulil 2025 annavad nad raju kontserdi Tallinna Lauluväljakul. Erikülalisena astub lavale The Pretty Reckless.

Bänd on rokimaailma hullutanud rohkem kui 50 aastat – üle poole sajandi unustamatuid hitte! Angus Young (kitarr), Brian Johnson (vokaalid), Stevie Young (rütmikitarr), Matt Laug (trummid) ja Chris Chaney (bass) on valmis taas Euroopa lavalaudu raputama ning rõõmustavad fänne selliste unustamatute lugudega nagu „Highway to Hell“, „Thunderstruck“, „Back in Black“ ja „You Shook Me All Night Long“. Õhtu tuleb plahvatuslikult raju, täis rock’n’rolli järeleandmatut võimu.
„Power Up“ on jätkuks möödunud aasta ääretult edukale Euroopa turneele ja eelmänguks USA omale, kus esinetakse 13 linnas. Siin kontinendil külastatakse kümmet riiki ja antakse tosin kontserti. Tegemist on ajaloolise hetkega, sest AC/DC jõuab esmakordselt ka Tallinnasse, andes siin piirkonna ainsa kontserdi. Edinburgh’ sõu on aga eriline selle poolest, et Youngide klann jõuab üle kümne aasta taas oma sünniriiki.
Ansambel moodustati 1973. aastal Sydneys, Austraalias ja AC/DC on üks läbi aegade kõige mõjukamaid rockbände, müües kokku üle 200 miljoni albumi. Nende 1980. aasta plaat „Back in Black“ on maailma üks enim müüdumaid albumeid üldse – 50 miljonit müüki asetab selle kõige müüdumate albumite edetabelis väga auväärsele esimesele kohale, kui vaadata enim müüdud albumeid bändide lõikes. AC/DC sai Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame’i liikmeks 2003. aastal ning jätkab maailma vallutamist ning eri põlvkondade fännide inspireerimist läbimüüdud staadionikontsertide ja miljardite striimidega.
