A*Bun*Dance - Giggling and Jiggling Our Way to Prosperity

A*Bun*Dance is a workshop that is designed to help you tap into your creativity, flow and receiving through somatic practices. As entrepreneurs, we hold full responsibility for how things go in our lives and businesses - so when we are feeling like an imposter or in a funk, it can really slow us down in the meaningful work we are here to do.

Shawna will be facilitating a movement experience that will leave you equipped with a whole new bag of tools and practices that can be used to release stuck energy, generate excitement and confidence, tap into the energy of abundance and expand your ability to receive and magnetize clients, opportunities and collaborations.

We will be jiggling, we will be giggling and we will gain access to our potent transformative portals through movement.

Be prepared for light to moderate movement; it is recommended that you wear loose fitting bottoms like running shorts or joggers and sneakers. Snacks and mimosas will be provided by our venue host.

Shawna is a mother, movement facilitator, personal development junkie, life coach, performance artist, and CEO of BomBooty Dance Party Workouts. Her own transformation and deep healing through joyful dance, feminine expression and life coaching has inspired dedicating her life to supporting others on their journey of self-love, acceptance and creating a fully aligned life. She knows the journey of healing intimately and knows how intense it can get and she is here to remind everyone that joy, play and having a good ass time is deep medicine too.
