ABS™ Aqua Combat in-person certification is a one-day course, recognized by AFAA and AEA. The course consists of theoretical components, practical training in the pool, instructional training on deck and a practical evaluation.

By taking this course, you will earn 6 CEUs and learn to teach a fun, safe and successful ABS™ Aqua Combat class to all ages and fitness levels. We also offer continuing education for our instructors through our online ABS IN™ (Instructor Network), where you will have access to educational videos, an exercise library, and marketing materials.
