With another Thursday approaching so does another photo-group session! This week we will dive into the realm of the abstract. Must photography necessarily be coherent? Must reality be perfectly represented in a photograph for it to be interesting? We will be looking at how different photographers attack these questions and try to use their art as inspiration in our own photos! The less information we provide the viewer, the more we welcome an open interpretation and expand the meaning of the normally mundane motive. Are there any tricks, any guiding lights that will lead us on the abstract path? We will delve deep into this medium and try to create our own abstract photos.
Bring your phone, bring your dslr and or anything that will take a picture. Of course you can bring trinkets or other props that could act as points of interest in your photos.
