Join contemporary artist Jamie Volkaerts for a dynamic workshop exploring abstract painting through expressive layering and mark making.
In this hands-on session, you’ll experiment with building texture, creating depth, and developing movement within your work — using brushes, palette knives, and unconventional tools to discover your own visual language. Jamie will guide you through composition, colour, and surface techniques that bring energy and atmosphere to your paintings.
All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your own richly layered piece ready to take home or continue developing.
