To be displayed in the Moreland Gallery.
While they work in different styles, both Rip Cronk and George Green use techniques of illusion in their artwork to force viewers to consider the world a little differently.
George Green was a fifth-generation Oregonian and a founding member of the Abstract Illusionists. His work has been shown in the U.S. and Europe and is represented in 60 museums. After a 30-year tenure in NYC, George returned to Oregon where he passed away in 2020.
Rip Cronk, known as the muralist of Venice Beach, has been in Benton County for over ten years and is a very active member of the arts community here. His work has been shown in museums and galleries around the world.
