This workshop opens a space unlike anything you experienced at school, free from rules, pressure, and perfectionism. Here, painting becomes a doorway back to your essence.
Led by Invercargill-based artist, facilitator and Spiritual Coach, Stephanie Macdonald (Steph Mac), this workshop invites you into a completely new relationship with art, expression, and self-permission.
Art is everywhere; creation is who we are.
All ages welcome, open to men, women, and children.
Workshop 1 Focus: AWAKENING THE INNER ARTIST
Break through old stories like:
• “I’m not creative.”
• “I can’t draw.”
• “I’m not good at art.”
This session helps you rediscover your innate creativity and reconnect with art as a healing, intuitive, soul-led language.
You Will Experience:
• Guided grounding + energetic opening
• Somatic warm-up to reconnect to curiosity + your inner child
• Simple intuitive painting practices to bypass the mind
• Releasing creative shame + outdated school-system imprints
• Freedom to move paint with no expectations
• Understanding colour, gesture & mark-making as emotional expression
• A gentle reflection circle

One intuitive painting
A sense of creative freedom
The feeling: “I can create, and it feels GOOD.”

About Steph:
Steph is a pillar for inner safety, embodiment, spiritual remembrance, and creative liberation. She guides you gently into the parts of yourself that have longed to be expressed, through colour, movement, and intuitive creation.
