Absolute Beginner's Yoga

An introduction to yoga for anyone who has ever been curious but too afraid to try. We will start with a chat about what you hope to get out of yoga, the different types of yoga, and the potential benefits. Then we will do some breathing exercises, move our bodies, and learn the names of some poses to help you feel more comfortable in other beginners level or open level group classes. Yoga is for every body. This workshop will help you find how yoga can fit into your life and appreciate your body exactly as it is right now.
