Absolute Beginners Watercolour Art Workshops with Local Textile Designer Carol BartlettJoin us at Penarth Library for a fun morning learning watercolour painting techniques.
No experience needed; all materials are provided.
No booking required, but please express your interest.
Maximum of 10 spaces available.
Over six sessions we’ll learn about glazing, layers and washes through demos and trying it out ourselves.
We’ll apply and remove paint. We’ll smudge, splatter and learn how salt and coloured pencils will bring your paintings to life.
