Come and find out at our beginner-friendly workshop August 11th. Complete newbies are not just welcomed, you're highly encouraged to join! Jasmin will hold a gentle, fun, safe, accessible workshop for complete beginners who might be a little nervous to find out what Tantra is about.. Let's put your mind at ease, this will be a light-hearted overview of the practice AND - clothes stay on. Come with an open mind and heart to discover more about this ancient yogic tradition, Tantra!

We'll explore questions like:

• What is Tantra?
• What is pleasure?
• How can I feel more connected?
• What do I really like?

Jasmin Seipold
…Her mission in life is to bring allowance everywhere. It’s your life - move, love and express how you feel. Tantra, dance and getting in contact with her body was her way of falling in love with herself and life. Coming from a 9 year law background, Jasmin switched her life around and now lives in a community working as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Spaceholder, Cuddle Therapist, Tantra Teacher.

Jasmin co-hosted different Retreats and Festivals, held public and private Tantra workshops, assisted in multiple international Tantra Events and has deep dived into the tantric scene in Berlin.
