Jennifer’s adoration for Adele grew tenfold upon the release of her sophomore album, “21” which included hits such as “Rolling In The Deep’, “Set Fire To The Rain”, “Someone Like You” and “Rumor Has It” and catapulted Adele’s career status to bonafide superstar. Adele's next album "25" had monster hits like "Hello", "Send My Love" and "Water Under the Bridge", but Jennifer's connection to the lyrics was especially strong and resonated deeply with "All I Ask", "When We Were Young" and "Remedy", a song Adele wrote for her young son. While singing along, Jennifer felt like she was telling her own story through Adele’s lyrics. Her latest release “30” included the beautiful and poignant “Easy On Me”, which again Jennifer resonated deeply with, having shared the same life experiences that inspired Adele to write the song.
The Absolute Adele Tribute is not just a concert. It is theatre, and Jennifer plays the role of Adele. Jennifer relies on her years of acting and theatre training to accurately portray the singer. She not only sings her songs but talks to the audience, explains the origins and backstories to the songs, just as Adele interacts with her audiences at her concerts.
