Epic Adventures in One Day
Looking for a full day of outdoor excitement in the Peak District?
This Abseil & Caving Multi-Activity Day brings together two of our most popular experiences — perfect for anyone wanting to try something new, challenge themselves, and enjoy a day filled with variety and adventure.
We start the day at Millers Dale Viaduct, where you’ll learn to abseil safely with the support of qualified instructors. You’ll have multiple turns to build confidence, conquer your nerves, and take in the incredible views of the surrounding valley.
After a break for lunch (either bring your own or visit the café nearby), we’ll head underground to explore a local cave system. You’ll be equipped with helmets, suits, and all the safety gear before entering a world of tunnels, chambers, and natural formations.
Inside the cave, you’ll experience optional challenges — including abseiling underground and exploring short “squeeze” passages — always at your own pace and comfort level.
It’s a day packed with excitement, skill-building, and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Peak District.
