ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) Training Class PLUS 12 CE Credits

August 6th AND August 7th – 2 Full Days of In-Person Training

8:00am to 5:00pm – Mandatory Attendance

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is for REALTORS® who specialize as buyer agents, guiding buyer-clients through every step of the home-buying process. Plus, earn 12 Continuing Education Credits!

This training class will be held over a period of two days. Attendance on both days is required to qualify for the 12 CE credits and to earn the ABR® designation.

Training materials will be emailed one day prior to the class start date.

This class is FREE for all FCBR REALTOR® members, and we anticipate it will fill up quickly. Please review your schedule and commitments prior to registering. You may cancel without charge until July 29th. Cancellations on or after July 30th will incur a $25 fee.

**A $100 fee will be applied for No-Shows.

Earning your ABR® Designation

After completing this 2-day training class, you will need to complete the below steps to earn their ABR designation:

Take one of the NAR ABR elective classes. Click Here for a list of ABR® Elective Classes.
Or if already completed, log into your NAR account to confirm the elective class is listed as completed.
Provide documentation of 5 completed transactions where you acted solely as a buyer representative.
Must be a member in good standing with NAR.
Complete the ABR application.

-First year of ABR® membership is included with the designation course, and the following years will have an additional cost to keep an active status.
