About this Event

This is a free hyrbidworkshop sponsored by the Arizona Biomedical Research Centre (ABRC) in collaboration with NAU's Center for Health Equity Research (CHER) and the Texas Tech University Health Science Center.



Workshop Overview:

Healthcare workers including primary care providers experience psychosocial, administrative, incentive/career problems, and working environment challenges that lead to resignation, turnover, and relocation. This workshop examines factors associated with healthcare provider attrition, and institutional models for retaining an effective healthcare workforce.
