Passionate about Business Processes, Marcio has been working for over 20 years in Business Process Management and Project Management.
Specialized in process automation and business process modelling and enthusiastic about business process methodologies, he combines his experience and academic background to enhance organizations' effectiveness by integrating the BPM's fundamentals with the organization's goals and values.
Marcio completed his Master's Degree in Software Engineering, focusing on Team Collaboration and Processes at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2004
When not at work, Marcio is an avid camper and enjoys the outdoors.
