Pericles Silva reviews the latest science to optimize protein (how much you need, protein turnover, how to build muscle mass and why you lose it, health and slow the aging process. His wide knowledge of nutrition, sleep, fasting, and exercise pull a wide variety of knowledge and expertise to look and feel your best!
Arrive by 1pm for lunch (or stay for an early dinner), lecture at 2pm with those on the journey to health.
Pericles Silva is the Operations Manager and Chef at GreenFare Organic Cafe and has a masters in Sports Nutrition. Pericles is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell and a Food For Life Instructor from PCRM and started and ran the Health Starts Here program at Whole Foods Market. He was also a professional volleyball player.
