About this Event

Abide in His Love Women’s Conference
21st–23rd November 2025 | Great Northern Hotel, Bundoran, Co. Donegal

We’re so excited to welcome you back for our second Abide in His Love Women’s Conference! After such a powerful and grace-filled time together last year, we can’t wait to gather again!

This year, we’re thrilled to announce our Keynote Speaker who will travel all the way from the United States, is Sr. Mary Madeline Todd, OP. She’s been involved in women’s ministry for many years and brings both deep wisdom and a joyful spirit to her talks. Her bio is below:

Sister Mary Madeline Todd, OP, a Dominican Sister of the Congregation of Saint Cecilia (Nashville Dominicans), earned her doctorate in Sacred Theology at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Memphis. Her dissertation on the theme of Christ, the Liberator of Woman, was the fruit of years of pastoral ministry with women and of study of the rich truths found in Scripture and Tradition, especially in the writings of St. John Paul II.
Sister Mary Madeline has been an invited speaker for the Seminar “Toward an Integral Feminine Theology” based in Rome, the Assumption Readings Ecumenical Conference in Kiev, Ukraine, and the Catholic Women’s Forum in Washington, DC. She writes on spiritual and moral theology, including contributions to the books Promise and Challenge, Beautiful Mercy, and Pope Francis and the Event of Encounter. Her articles have been published in L’Osservatore Romano, The Catechetical Review, the National Catholic Register, and Word on Fire's journal Evangelization and Culture. She has spoken on both theological and literary topics internationally, including presenting for the Thomistic Institute at Harvard and Vanderbilt Universities and for the FOCUS International Conference in Samos, Spain.

Sr. Mary Madeline has also spoken at SEEK, the Steubenville Conferences, the GIVEN Institute, and many other women’s retreats and gatherings around the world.

Megan Madden (A Mother's Lace) will be another one of our speakers at our confernce. Megan is a homeschooling mother with a passion for writing and speaking on authentic femininity and virtuous womanhood. In 2017, she began graduate studies in marriage and family at the International Theological Institute in Austria. After moving to Kraków, Poland to work with university students, Megan more personally continued her research on the complementarity of man and woman, particularly on the question of what it means to be a woman. She delved into the study of renowned Catholic writers on women such as St. Edith Stein, Gertrude von le Fort, Alice von Hildebrand, St. John Paul II, and St. Teresa of Avila.

The results were the development of Megan’s online ministry A Mother’s Lace, as well as speaking opportunities and her book with Ascension: Mary, Teach Me to Be Your Daughter.

Megan has just released her second book with Ascension Press entitled "Through Storms and Still Waters: Finding Union with Christ in Suffering". Both books will be availabe for purchase over the weekend.

Our conference offers women the opportunity to come together to celebrate their faith, make new friendships, and hear inspiring talks. Most importantly you will have the chance to experience the transformative and powerful love of Christ through the celebration of the Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, healing & worship services, and more. Additionally, there will be ample opportunities throughout the weekend to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

We also encourage you to take advantage of the stunning coastal walks, enjoy a coffee with fellow attendees, and take time to relax in the hotel's leisure centre. We look forward to welcoming you to this event and encourage you to invite your friends, sisters, mothers, or colleagues to join us and experience the many graces and blessings of this conference.

We’ll be sharing more details about the weekend, speakers, and special moments over the coming months—so stay tuned!

Please note: This event is for women aged 18 and over only.
