(warm up arena open at 9.30am)
Class 1 Hobby Horse (small cross poles - hobby horses only!)
Class 2 Small cross poles (lead rein permitted)
Class 3 40cm Small uprights (no fillers – lead rein permitted)
Class 4 50cm Individual jumping
Class 5 50cms Pairs jumping
Class 6 Horse and hound (horse 50cms/hound cross poles)
Class 7 60cms Individual jumping
Class 8 70cms Individual jumping
Class 9 Mini/Major (50cm Mini/70cm Major)
Class 10 70cms Pairs jumping
Class 11 80cms Individual jumping
Rosettes to 6th Place with Arena hire voucher to winner of each class
Special rosette for best Halloween fancy dress in each class!
RULES
We want you to enjoy your time at Aberhall Equestrian, but please be aware that you are responsible for your own safety.
We do not accept liability for any accidents, injury, illness, loss or damage to you, your horse, your vehicle, your companions, or your belongings whatsoever or howsoever caused. Please ensure you carefully read these rules: your entry assumes acceptance
· Aberhall Equestrian reserves the right to refuse entry without assigning any reason to any per-son attending the Show or to any ground connected with the Show.
· Aberhall equestrian reserves the right to cancel any part of or the whole of the Show without warning.
· Protective headgear of current safety standard MUST be worn by ANY PERSON mounted any-where on the Showground and we also recommend wearing a current standard body protector for jumping classes.
· All riders under 16yrs old must be accompanied on site by an adult.
· The Judges’ decision will be final at all times.
· No unauthorised person shall enter the Show Ring nor interfere with any Judge, Steward or Official during the course of their duties. Any person so doing will forfeit any entry fees paid and be requested to leave the Show.
· All objections must be lodged in writing with the Secretary within twenty minutes of completion of the class involved. A deposit of £20 must accompany the objection. The deposit will be re-funded if the objection is sustained.
· It is the responsibility of entrants participating in more than class to present themselves promptly for each class. Please check the running order in the Schedule before making entries ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
· Exhibitors’ ages will be taken from 1st January of the year of the Show.
· All dogs must always be kept on leads.
· Please park lorries/trailers in the designated areas above the arena only, do not hang haynets outside lorries/trailers & do not muck out your lorry/trailer onto the lorry park – please use the scoop/bin provided.
· Please do not leave rubbish on any part of the site.
· Horses and Ponies classes must be four years old or over. PASSPORTS MAY BE CHECKED RANDOMLY
· It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their horses are free from any virus or disease such as strangles and are in general good health in order not to jeopardise the health of others. All horses and ponies visiting Aberhall Equestrian must be fully vaccinated against Equine influenza.
