Including demonstrations of self care, yoga, massage, breathing exercises, Virtual Reality for health, improve your immune system, daily routines and how to be more resilient against diseases and more…
The purpose is to bring awareness of health and wellbeing so individuals are able to make healthy choices and talk to those and help improve their knowledge from foods, routines, and good habits.
