Join us in helping to plan Aberdeen’s first time participating in iNaturalist’s City Nature Challenge (CNC) 2026, which will be taking place this year from the 24th - 27th of April! If you are a representative from a local organisation who wishes to help promote or organise events over the CNC weekend then this 2 hour workshop is for you!
What the workshop will involve:
- Introduction to City Nature Challenge
- Examples of events that could be organised for this weekend
- Activity to plan your own events
- Introduction to iNaturalist
- Free time to practice making nature observations with iNaturalist
If you could please install the iNaturalist app on your personal device before this meeting to help save time during the workshop, feel free to start making observations and exploring your local nature!
