In this acting course for beginners, you'll learn a range of fun improvisation games and the performance of text-based acting scenes. You will get a chance to develop your performance skills with either monologues or by working on short scenes – both comedic and dramatic. You will be guided to understand and engage in the subtext, identify the different emotional layers of the script and transfer text to stage in a way that captivates your audience. You will also be guided to explore the manner in which energy exchange takes place on stage to enhance a performance as well as creating a believable character both vocally and physically.
This course offers you a great opportunity to develop your expression and public-speaking skills in a fun way, work as an ensemble to boost your teamwork skills, and expand your acting potential!
