Whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate, parkruns are for everyone. A chance to get out in the great outdoors whilst making new friends, feeling part of your local community and improving your fitness.
And it doesn’t matter if you’re not up to walking or jogging! Volunteers are always welcome – you can get involved simply by turning up on the day.
