About this Event
ABC Maindy Park [Association of the Beneficiaries of the Covenanted Land at Maindy Park & of the Maindy Park Trust, Registered Charity Number 524137 (an unregistered association)] is a 'Friends of Maindy Park' type community group who have campaigned to protect the Trust land from development. On Monday 25th November 2024 we have our Annual General Meeting and all are invited to attend, details below.

- Meeting opens -
1. To appoint a Chair and a Minute Taker for the Meeting.
2. To hear the reading of the Purpose & Objects of the Association.
3. To receive mInutes of the 1st Annual General Meeting held on 30 October 2023 at Cathays Community Centre, and to approve them with any amendments as may be required as a correct record.
4. To receive a report & accounts from the Committee.
5. To appoint members to serve on the Committee for the coming year [Notes 2, 3, 4 & 5].
6. Any Other Business pertinent to the Association.
Donation
It would help us hugely if you would consider giving a donation of £3 to help cover the cost of hall hire. Any money left over will be used to fund our next leaflet to the community with an update about the on-going campaign issues.
