Looking for a Prom dress? You’re in luck!
Each spring, Abby’s Closet invites high school students to a 2-day Prom Dress Giveaway where you can choose a dress that fits your unique style—completely FREE of charge.
More than 7,000 dresses have been donated just for you. We have vintage and brand new, short and long, and sizes 0-20+. Abby’s Closet believes all high school students should be able to attend Prom without worrying about the cost. We welcome people of different gender identities, abilities, sizes, and socioeconomic status. The goal of Abby’s Closet is to make every participant feel special, beautiful, and confident.
SATURDAY, APRIL 5TH
- 8:30AM - First checkin, Ribbon Cutting at 9, and then the shop opens
- 3:30PM - Last checkin
- 6:00PM - Shop closes, everyone must leave
SUNDAY, APRIL 6TH
- 9:30AM - First checkin, Ribbon Cutting at 10, and then the shop opens
- 1:30PM - Last checkin
- 3:00PM - Shop closes, everyone must leave
WHAT TO COMPLETE PRIOR:
- All students must register online (ONE TICKET PER STUDENT).
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration to free up your spot.
- Weekly, we will run a report to see if there are duplicates. If you have registered for more than one slot, you wil automatically be removed from ALL of your slots.
- If you are with a registered bus through your school, there is no action required. Please do not register an additional time and potentially take up an extra slot.
WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO KNOW:
- HIGH SCHOOL ID/Proof of enrollment (Oneline portal or student ID card will work)
- Name on ID, must match the name signed up here!
- Limit 1 guest (ex. guardian, NOT another student) per student
- If you feel ill or have any symptoms, please stay home.

Being safe and following Oregon Covid-19 guidelines are critical to the success of this year's Giveaway. We will adhere to the OCC’s Covid-19 guidelines, which can be found on the Oregon Convention Center website.
