This year I'm running the London Marathon (as my first and most probably only marathon attempt!) and I'm raising money for an amazing hospice down in Sussex, St Peter and St James, that is very dear to my family. To reach my fundraising target George of Combat Conditioning has kindly agreed to run a Saturday morning bootcamp class (30 spaces) - 11th February 9:30am, Tooting Common (2 mins walk from park run so possible to do both!) - all abilities, no nonsense, great fun and sociable - what more could you want on a grey February morning! (may run another in March but TBC)
It will run whatever the weather so bring your layers and I will also provide homemade cake after...in case any of you needed bribing!

I know for some of you this will be too far too far to travel and/or not convenient or definitely not your cup of tea!
