AI-Powered Workflows for Single-Cell and Spatial Omics Using DCS Cloud
Date & Time
📅 Thursday 27 November, 2025
🕐 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
📍 ABACBS Conference
Workshop Overview
As single-cell and spatial omics data grow in scale and complexity, researchers are facing bottlenecks in data processing, collaboration, and reproducibility. This workshop introduces DCS Cloud, an AI-driven, cloud-based platform designed to simplify and democratize omics analysis.
Through expert presentations and hands-on training, participants will learn how code-free, automated workflows and high-resolution visualization tools can streamline projects ranging from single-cell biology to large-scale cohorts and microbiome studies.
What You’ll Learn
✅ Identify and overcome common bottlenecks in omics data analysis
✅ Use DCS Cloud’s code-free workflows for single-cell and spatial data
✅ Explore real-world case studies including 3D spatial brain mapping and large-scale human cohort projects
✅ Gain practical experience with interactive visualization and AI-powered automation
