Caring for young children takes a lot of time and energy, so you may not have given much thought to doing some enjoyable things for yourself. While watching your baby grow and develop is rewarding, sometimes we forget we also need time for some self-care. Join us as we share ideas for taking care of yourself as you care for you baby.Do you have a breastfeeding question or just want to meet some other breastfeeding mums? ABA meet ups are welcoming and informal. All mothers are welcome at our meets, whether you are currently breastfeeding, have weaned already, or have not breastfed your baby for whatever reason.
Anyone is welcome to attend our catch ups. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend.
Look out for our sign and banner. If you can't see us ask the lovely staff for help.
A trained Breastfeeding Counsellor may be available at our meet up to speak with you about any particular breastfeeding issues or concerns you have.
