Starting solids is an exciting time for families but with so much information out there, it can be overwhelming. It can really help to be prepared. Join us as we talk about signs that your baby is ready for family foods, where to start and how to cope with the mess! ABA meet ups are welcoming and informal. All mothers are welcome at our meets, whether you are currently breastfeeding, have weaned already, or have not breastfed your baby for whatever reason.
Anyone is welcome to attend our catch ups. You do not have to be breastfeeding to attend.

A trained Breastfeeding Counsellor may be available at our meet up to speak with you about any particular breastfeeding issues or concerns you have.
Come and join us for a cuppa at the cafe. We will buy your first drink. Meet inside. We will be seated near the children's play corner
