AB ContaKids class is designed for parent/kid pairs to attend together for 45 minutes of instruction weekly over a series of 10 weeks. The children range from age two to five years-old.By working with the body, playful movement and physical contact, parents and children develop a new, physical form of communication. Children (and often adults too) enhance and improve their motor skills and self-confidence. Many report that they develop a sense of trust in their child and themselves and that the class supports their relationship.
The class is unique in that everyone is welcome to move and engage as they choose in the class. The adults are asked to follow the instructor and the children are free to do what they wish. Due to the fact that the kids are free to run or move as they wish, when they come to do a game with their parent, parents often feel a clear mutual fun and collaboration.

Cost: Tuition for 10 sessions sliding scale Total: $150--$350. No one turned away for lack of funds.
