Roadrunner Track and Field Saturday Practices?♂️?♀️ Join the AAU Roadrunner Track and Field team every Saturday from April 20th to June 1st at Timpview High School! Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your skills, this is the perfect place to start!
? Time: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
? Location: Timpview High School, Track and Field area
Details:
Start each session with a fun and energizing warm-up followed by dynamic stretching to get those muscles ready! Our practices include:
Running techniques
-Relay races
-Starting block training
-High jump and long jump
-Sprints
-Fun games and more!
?? Who can join?
All elementary and middle school youth are welcome. No prior experience needed, just come ready to run and have fun!
? What to bring?
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Sportswear appropriate for running and jumping
A positive attitude and readiness to have fun!
? Bring a friend!
Everything is more fun with a buddy, so feel free to bring along a friend or two and make some great memories on the track!
