AARP Foundation Tax-Aide helps low to middle-income taxpayers file personal tax returns for free. They focus on taxpayers 50 and older, but AARP membership is not required. They file returns electronically, and they do not provide legal or financial advice.AARP Tax-Aid tax preparation is by appointment only.
Make your appointment online or come to the library in person at the beginning of our session today to request an appointment. You may have to return at a later date if all sessions are booked for the day.
Before your appointment with a Tax-Aide volunteer, please have all your tax forms and data easily available. Visit the Tax-Aide Taxpayer Information page to fill out an intake form and find out what documents you need to bring with you.
