“This show is more than merely dramatic – it has dramaturgy. Crow is both a madman and a genius, but most of all he is a consummate performer.” Cabaret Review
“Aaron Crow may well be fearless but many in his audience are quaking.” The Herald Scotland
Tom Bolton has been performing magic for as long as he can remember. Known for his “perfect magic” (World Magic Review) and “friendly charisma and charm” (Theatre and Arts Review), Tom is a close-up magician with a big-stage mindset. Tom is best known for creating The Magic Corner—a one-of-a-kind, intimate magic show in his hometown of Durham.
Performed in a self-built magic bar for just ten people at a time, and selling out weekly, The Magic Corner has become a gem of Durham.
Tom’s performances blend nostalgia, playfulness, and jaw-dropping illusion. His magic is, as one reviewer put it, “a love letter to wonder itself” (Fringe Biscuit). Now taking his work to bigger stages, Tom continues to share the sense of awe that first inspired him as a child—reminding audiences of all ages that the magic never really left.
Back for the second time at the Edinburgh Fringe and just returned from the Adelaide Fringe in Australia where 2,500 people saw his show.
