Pushpanjali Arts in collaboration with Archman Music invite you to a magical evening with the haunting melodies of the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar ji. Lataji's music career spanned six decades in varied genre of Indian music from Bollywood, ghazal, bhajans rendered in Hindi and different languages of India. Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing melodies that have touched hearts for generations. Early booking is recommended!
The team include:
Vibhuti Shah is a classically trained vocalist versatile in semi-classical, Bollywood, ghazals, bhajans, etc. She has trained and performed for over 30 years. She has appeared on Asian TV channels and has released some professional raag-based mantras & garba. Vibhuti continues her musical journey producing her own label of professionally recorded spiritual and other material.
Apoorv Shah has been singing for over 10 years and is a classically trained versatile singer with a particular preference for Bollywood music and ghazals. He has performed with some Bollywood playback singers like Sanjeevani Bhelande and Aditya Narayan.
Dr Archana Dixit is a Consultant Gynaecologist at The Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. She has had an interest and passion for music since an early age and while she learnt Hindustani Vocal Music, Harmonium, Bharatnatyam in early years, she is largely self-taught. A versatile singer, she also enjoys singing Western songs and Ghazal.
Dr Manish Bhardwaj is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. Equally musical and versatile, he enjoys singing all genres of Bollywood songs and his velvety melodious voice is particularly suited to soft romantic numbers.
Archana and Manish started their own singing platform under the banner of ‘ArchMan Music’ during the COVID Pandemic. They organise annual successful charity fundraiser shows and to mention the last two: 2022 raising over £7K for the British Menopause Society (to improve awareness of and resources for menopause in women from a minority background) and 2023 over £8K for CW+ charity and being used for projects aimed at South Asian women’s health in Hounslow.
Sunil Jadhavji is a highly respected, experienced and versatile composer and musician/instrumentalist in a number of instruments e.g. keyboard, accordion to name a few. He teaches piano academically at grade levels. Sunilji has performed internationally and in the UK with artistes from abroad and UK and more recently at the Royal Albert Hall.
