About this Event
AAMDSIF hosts Patient & Family Conferences around the United States each year. The conferences are free to attend and include presentations by the leading medical experts in rare blood cancers and bone marrow failure diseases. It is also an incredible and important opportunity for patients to connect with one another and share support, answers and hope.
This 2 day conference will be held in partnership with University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania including special programming for parents and kids! This conference will offer both adult and pediatric sessions.
