In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Resilience Revival invites you to Be Well, a powerful and interactive youth wellness event designed to support, uplift, and equip the next generation with practical tools for emotional resilience and mental strength.
Taking place over Spring Break, this workshop will center on:

🛑 Suicide Prevention Strategies
💬 Open Conversations About Mental Health
This is a safe and welcoming space for youth and young adults ages 10 to 20 to learn how to recognize emotional challenges, build healthy habits, and discover that healing is possible and they are not alone.
