This month’s speaker is Todd Turner, creator of Wash-A-Pig and creative director/partner at Up To Something.Creativity isn’t all serious business—sometimes, you need to loosen up and let your imagination run wild. In this talk, we’ll dive into how play fuels creative breakthroughs and why a little bit of fun can turn your ideas from meh to marvelous. And to prove it, we’ll break out Wash-a-Pig, the game that’s all about thinking on your feet and laughing at the absurd. Expect a mix of lightbulb moments and belly laughs as we explore how play turns good ideas into great ones.
About Todd Turner:
Todd’s 20-year advertising career has been fueled by fun. As a creative director with a team of 50 designers, he created a game to help them practice copywriting and lateral thinking. This game became Wash-a-Pig, a creative training game. Outside of helping creatives play their way to success, Todd is partner and creative director at Up To Something, a creative team specializing in out of home advertising.
