Join the AACRE for a tour of 282 Bremen– a transit-oriented, mixed-use development in East Boston delivering in June of this year. The project consists of 3,200 square feet of retail space, 139 residences and artist workspace and presents a new model for mixed-income development in the City of Boston. Developed by Transom Real Estate (Bryan Lee ’09, Neal Howard ‘11) in partnership with Lighthouse Real Estate Investments (Steven Bonelli ’12), the building’s location along the Bremen Street Community Park and directly across from the Airport T stop offers a unique opportunity to bring thoughtful design to a neighborhood defining corner.
