AAAIM National Conference 2023

AAAIM 2023 ELEVATE is our main DEI-focused conference of the year that brings together top institutional investors, leading allocators, and investment professionals to connect, share ideas and build lasting relationships. This year’s theme, “The Power of Representation,” speaks to the importance of ensuring full participation and broad access to DEI initiatives for the AAPI community in investment management.

With another tumultuous year for the industry, the importance of reconnecting with allocators and industry peers is more important than ever. AAAIM’s National Conference is widely known for its family-like environment that provides LPs and GPs an environment for collaboration and partnerships. This year, our conference will focus on how to proactively navigate constantly changing market conditions; how groundbreaking technology innovations, such as ChatGPT, are transforming the fundamentals of the economy; continued impact around geopolitical uncertainties; and other factors reshaping investment strategies.

Our flagship event will kick off with an opening reception on Monday, October 16 and end with a networking lunch on Wednesday, October 18. Like previous conferences, AAAIM will create plenty of opportunities for networking and reconnecting with industry colleagues through round tables and lunch & learn sessions with top LPs.

Plan Sponsor Rates

Public pension plans, endowments & foundations, and sovereign wealth funds receive complimentary access to the event. 

Family Offices qualify only if they 1) allocate to fund managers, 2) do not take outside capital/run a fund using another entity, 3) agree to take meetings with fund managers at the conference.

Health & Safety

AAAIM continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and is committed to following local, State, and CDC policy regarding events and gatherings. Additionally, AAAIM is working closely with all venues on enhanced cleaning and COVID-19 safety measures.

Day-of registration will not be permitted for the conference.

Refund Policy

Refunds requests are accepted up to 30 days before the event in the original form of payment (minus a $50 processing fee). Refund requests up to 7 days before the event will be honored in the form of credit to next year's event. To request a ticket transfer, please email [email protected] with the subject "transfer."

Releases

Photographic Release: There will be photographers and film crews at the event. By signing up for a registration pass, you agree to grant to AAAIM and its authorized representatives permission to record your participation on photography, video, or audio. Any or all of the material recorded or photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications used to promote AAAIM. Such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

Chatham House Rule: Participants are free to use information at our event. However, to allow for a more open and honest discussion, the AAAIM National Conference implements Chatham House Rule, whereby participants are asked to not identify or affiliate statements to specific speakers. No media will be present.
