The Auckland Aquarium Association meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month except January at the Lake House Arts Centre, 37 Fred Thomas Drive, Takapuna from 8pm to 10pm.On 14 August, we have a presentation on plecos - a subject that many have requested! The speaker will be no other than Mike McKenzie, the man who goes by Mike Pleco on Facebook. He will join us from Tauranga especially for this talk to the AAA! I am looking forward to learning more about these super popular fish.
We will also have an auction, a raffle, refreshments, and of course the chance to socialize with fellow aquarium enthusiasts.
All welcome, free entry. Bring cash for the auction and raffle tickets!
