In this engaging workshop, we’ll look through the lens of Ayurveda to see how our choices around our lifestyle, nutrition, and asana practices are either nourishing or depleting us. You’ll enjoy a grounding, vata-soothing yoga session, and will leave with tools and recommendations that will build Ojas (think immunity, strength), alleviate stress, and nourish you through the winter season ahead.
