Join LeoRising as we delve into the key muscle groups engaged during lunges, thrusts, and standing balances.
This workshop targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core, enhancing strength, stability, and your understanding of how the booty works through asana and physicality.
Learn effective lunge variations and exercises to optimize technique, build lower-body strength, and boost your confidence. And yes, if you stick with these techniques for about 5-6 weeks, you might just see that booty lift and firm up in ways you’ll be grateful for.
