New to yoga? Getting back into it? This class is for those who have never tried yoga, maybe curious to learn more, or for those for whom it has "been awhile." Basic foundational poses will be taught with the use of props to meet individual needs. This 4-week series will give you the confidence needed to attend other yoga classes and discover the joy of yoga!
You may drop-in to each individual class but it is highly recommended that you attend the entire series, as each class will build off the previous one.
Pre-registration is required. All memberships and class passes may be used to participate in this course, with the exception of the New Student 2-week Special.
