A WOMEN's ONLY Transform your Anger Workshop. Shamanic Release and Somatic Healing w Crystal Bowls, and other live instruments. Join Tiffany Kelly and Shane Downing. This is a combination of anger psychoeducation and shamanic workshop a collaboration between Biofield Counselling and Tuning, and Soul Support Holistic Wellness @ Komuniti, Longjetty NSW 2261
This Workshop is for women that prefer to be in a smaller group space to do their own inner work. Limited up to 15 participants.
The workshop format will be:
- Learning to connect with your angry part and its triggers
- Engage in an anger release ritual to remove blocked and stuck anger, with Shamanic Instruments and tools.
- Integrate with meditation, breath and sound. As part of your integration, you'll immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, and native music from around the world.
You will be safely guided by Tiffany and Shane, an experienced practitioners in both Shamanic's and Therapy modalities.
This work draws from shamanic traditions and somatic release techniques. It involves connecting to the place of anger, sadness, breathing, movement, instruments and music to access sub-consciousness for healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.
Date: Saturday 20th September 2025
Time: 5pm - 8pm (3h)
Location: KOMUNITI Yoga Studio, Long Jetty, Central Coast, NSW.

Please NOTE: All participants will be supported via a pre-session chat and post session follow ups to ensure you are prepared and supported for this transformational workshop.
Whats supplied:
- Herbal Tea | Tea
- Take Home Workbook that will be used in the workshop
- Colouring in pencils, and pens
- Fresh Fruit and bliss balls to help you ground during integration.
- Tissues etc
- Komuniti's Yoga mats and Bolsters.
What to bring:
- Bring your authentic self :)
- Bring your fav cup or mug for a cuppa
- Please wear light, comfortable clothing, eye mask, water bottle, a journal, and a pen.
Bring what ever you need to feel comfortable to do your own work. i.e. Yoga Mat, blankets, pillow.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling. No Shows will forfeit 100% payment. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds will be made 7 days prior to event date automatically via your payment method online. 10% of the fee will be kept as a process fee.
Shane and Tiff reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of a practitioner cancelling a session a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.

A little information to introduce Tiffany. Tiffany is a counsellor and educator with over 20 years of experience, specialising in holistic counselling and somatic sound therapy. She addresses various issues while considering the mind, body, and biofield layers. Her background includes work with veterans, EAP services, and trauma. Tiffany encourages individuals to explore wellness approaches and invites those interested in her unique methods to reach out.

A little information to introduce Shane: he is a Shamanic Energy Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator (SPIRITUS), and Shamanic Sound Journey Facilitator. In his practice, Shane collaborates with clients to address the root causes of trauma, personal narratives, and the associated energies. Previously, Shane worked in the corporate sector of the NSW Health IT Industry. However, he departed from that field after discovering his true calling and is now dedicated to living a life centered around this transformative work.
