A Winter Afternoon Retreat with KaySaturday 31st January 2026 – 1:00–5:00 pm
Flow with Purpose: A Somatic Vinyasa Dharma Sādhana
Experience yoga that awakens your body, calms your mind, and warms your heart.
A winter retreat to feel, release, and reconnect — where the magic of yoga unfolds.
Where yoga, somatics, and nervous system science meet human connection.
As winter invites us to turn inward, this retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect, and restore your inner rhythm. Together we’ll explore Vinyasa Yoga Dharma Sādhana — a flowing, mindful practice rooted in presence, purpose, and energy.
Vinyasa means “to place with intention” — linking breath with movement.
Dharma is our inner truth — living in alignment with what truly matters.
Sādhana is our dedicated practice — returning, again and again, to awareness, connection, and purpose.
This retreat becomes a living practice: flowing with intention, grounded in somatic awareness, and supported by community.

Where Movement, Science, and Energy Connect
Yoga works on multiple levels: body, mind, nervous system, and subtle energy.
• Science: Breath and movement calm the nervous system, releasing oxytocin (connection), dopamine (motivation and joy), and endorphins (lightness and ease).
• Energy: Through breath and movement, prana (life force) flows through the nadis (energy channels), activating the chakras (energy centers) to restore balance and vitality.
• Connection: Practicing together amplifies both energetic flow and neurochemical wellbeing — trust, presence, and resonance are literally contagious.
Why yoga feels so good: It’s not just stretching your body — it’s a full-spectrum restoration: calming the nervous system, awakening energy, balancing the chakras, and fostering connection.
